Myofascial Release
Myo means muscle, fascia is connective tissue which spreads
throughout the body in a three dimensional web from head

binding down of connective tissue resulting in excessive
pressure on nerves, muscles, blood vessels, osseous structures,
and/or organs. A large percentage of people those who
are suffering wit pain and/or lack of motion may have
fascial problems - but most of them are undiagnosed since
x-rays, myelograms, CAT scans electomyography which does
not show fasical (connective tissue) restrictions.
Myofascial consists gentle application
of sustained pressure into the connective tissue restrictions,
which will slowly allow fascia to elongate.
Myofasical Release is beneficial
